This project involves the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a three-storey building comprising nine self-contained flats.

The development will include associated garden amenity space, car and cycle parking, and refuse/recycling storage facilities.

The site is currently occupied by a two-storey house located on the south side of Kingston Road, situated between the junctions of South Lane West and Grayham Road.

The surrounding area, within a 500-meter radius, is primarily residential, characterized by a well-established neighborhood.

It is also well-served by various amenities and public transportation, making it an ideal location for residential development.
